Lifestyle Turn Around Expert
Vicki Gallagher knows how to reinvent herself; she has done it many times. In fact, her latest efforts have led her to become a certified One Of A Kind Fitness (OKF) Coach and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) by the Center for Credentialing & Education. Leveraging these certifications, she helps those around her to improve their lives and live to their fullest potential. Those who have worked with Vicki describe her as self-motivated, organized, resourceful and creative. Her passion for living a full and balanced life helps those around her to stay focused so they can reach their goals. Through practicing what she teaches, Vicki leads by example and leads others to do the same. She eats right, works out six days a week and has the energy and focus to coach, volunteer with Pets on Wheels, and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
She completed degrees at University of Maryland (B.S.), McDaniel College (M.S.), and the Johns Hopkins University (PhD-equivalent).
Vicki is a published author. Her books are A Dog Named Lucky and Loss and Grief Support For Elementary School Children.
Vicki has over 30 years of combined experience as an educator, trainer, coach, counselor, and business owner.
